WES SP8 AND THE VISUAL DIALOGUE ARE PROBABLY THE MOST UNIQUE MUSICAL ACT WE HAVE THE HONOR OF FEATURING ON LHYME. NOT ONLY DO THEY PERFORM MUSIC BUT THEY ALSO CREATE AMAZINGLY ARTISTIC PAINTINGS ALL SIMULTANEOUSLY DURING THEIR SHOWS. WES SP8 AND THE VISUAL DIALOGUE GIVE THEIR AUDIENCES THE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE BOTH THEIR HEARING AND VISUAL SENSES SATISFIED AT THEIR SHOWS.

THE TASTES FOR THIS GROUP ARE ALL ACROSS THE BOARD FROM THAI TO ITALIAN TO MEXICAN…SO WE ARE GOING TO BE HITTING ALOT OF REGIONS AND MANY DIFFERENT FLAVOR EXPLOSIONS FROM AROUND THE WORLD THIS WEEK. 🙂

ONE OF WES SP8’S FAVORITE THINGS TO EAT AND COOK IS CHINESE STIR FRY AND FOR THIS FLAVOR EXPLOSION I TAPPED INTO THE CULINARY EXPERTISE OF ONE OF MY FAVORITE CHEFS, MR. NICK LOVELL. WITH OVER FIVE YEARS OF CULINARY EXPERTISE IN SOUTHERN, CAJUN, CREOLE, MEXICAN AND ITALIAN STYLE COOKING…HE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO OFFER HIS SPECIAL STIR FRY RECIPE TO SHARE FOR WES SP8 ‘S  FIRST FLAVOR EXPLOSION AS WELL AS COOKED THE ENTREE FRESH AND TASTED ABSOLUTELY DEEEELLLIIIISHHH !!!

 

 

CHEF NICK LOVELL’S STIR FRY RECIPE FOR WES SP8 AND THE VISUAL DIALOGUE

Ingredients

– 1 fresh chicken breast cut into cubes

– 9 fresh jumbo shrimp

– 1 teaspoon of Alfredo Sauce

– 1/2 cup of Asian Peanut Sauce

– 1 tablespoons soy sauce

– 1 teaspoon BBQ sauce

– 1/4 teaspoon dried red chiles

-1/4 teaspoon of sugar

1/4 teaspoon of mayo

– 8 ounces of cooked Al Dente Linguini Pasta

– 1 ounce of snap peas

– 1 ounce of fresh carrot slivers

– 1 ounce Broccoli florets

– 1 ounce diced red onion

– 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley ( for decoration)

– 1 tablespoon of chopped Almonds or Peanuts ( for decoration )

– 2 tablespoons of EVOO

– Salt and ground black pepper

 

Directions

1)  Saute all your meats and vegetables together in a saute pan with EVOO until the shrimp and chicken are thoroughly cooked . Make sure to toss in your pan occasionally to keep from burning any of the vegetables or meat.

2) While the vegetables and meat are cooking …simmer your sauce in a smalll saucepan by mixing the alfredo sauce, peanut sauce, soy sauce, bbq sauce, red chiles , sugar and mayo and simmer under medium heat for 5 minutes.

3) Add the linguini and your sauce to your saute pan of vegetables and meat…make sure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Salt and pepper to taste .

4) Remove from heat and serve in your plate of choice ..decorate with parsley and nuts. and your ready to eat !
